Our signature Airbnb turnover runs 3 to 4 hours for most luxury properties — a complete reset between guests including linen change, kitchen reset, surface sanitation, terrace preparation and full presentation review. We work same-day so your property is listing-ready before the next check-in.
03 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. LB House Cleaning Services LLC is a Florida-registered limited liability company (EIN 81-1230093), family-owned since January 20, 2016. We carry full general liability insurance and are available to provide license and insurance documentation on request.
04 How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on square footage, number of rooms, and the specific service (Airbnb turnover, deep restoration, post-construction, or power washing). We provide a free in-person estimate for every new property — this lets us assess the specific surfaces, finishes and any special requirements before confirming a final rate.
05 Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies, equipment and tools — including surface-safe products appropriate for marble, imported woods, granite and other premium finishes common in luxury Miami mansions.
